The focus here is on fresh, natural ingredients. Offerings include borscht and baked potato soup, Hand breaded tenderloin, schnitzel, and chicken albania. There is a special every day.
The bakery also features tiramisu, tres leches, red velvet, russian honey cake and cinnamon rolls, along with many other baked items inclucing sourdough bread.
Lunch is available Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 to 2. The bakery is open from 8-5 Tuesday through Friday, and 9-3 Saturday.
We had lunch at the Belarussian Baker this week and thoroughly enjoyed it all. The food was great, the atmostphere was relaxing, and we are still enjoying the pastries that we brought home with us. I real treat... we'll make the drive from KC often. The owners were nice and friendly as well! Great place to visit!
