How to setup a meeting

Organizing a meeting is easy. Easier than picking your appetizer. This tool can be used to setup a business meeting, a party, a reunion, a club meeting, a very small convention, or even a date (but that might make you look bad).

When you come across a restaurant you would like your group to consider, click on "Organize a Meeting Here". If you would like to add additional option, click on "Add to my list of meeting locations". If you would like suggest only one restaurant, you can move on to the next step.

While navigating the site, you can always return to your meeting by clicking the My_meeting tab above.

Add email addresses to the list of recipients and send the message. TheBigFork would never ever use your friends' email addresses, or sell them, or give them away. We don't even store them.

If your meeting request has more than one restaurant listed, then recipients will be encouraged to help choose the final location. TheBigFork doesn't provide a forum for such a debate. You will have to figure that part out on your own.

Keep in mind that TheBigFork does not make reservations for you or guarantee availability. It's always best to contact the restaurant directly once you have made a decision to ensure it will work for you.
